About Me

Currently working as a Project Manager within a Contract Research Organisation, specialising in Phase Ib projects, with expertise in start up, delivery and multi-site collaboration. 

I have a demonstrated history of working across Phase I-IV clinical trials in a variety of therapeutic areas both in the NHS and CROs. 

I work with UK, European and US based clients and vendors and strive to deliver a high quality service in all aspects of my work.

I am passionate about personal development and satisfaction in the workplace. As a Freelance Coach and Mentor, alongside my day job, I hope to utilise my learning and experience to help individuals realise their goals and ambitions.

Since identifying the importance of coaching and mentoring to my own personal development I have undertaken ILM Level 3 in Effective Coaching and am continuing my professional development by undertaking ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring.
