Up to 1 hour to discuss your goal, what you want to achieve, timescales and whether you think we can work well together.
45 minute session to formalise the working relationship. Contract to be agreed which will include, but not limited to, expectations, fees, payment terms, GDPR.
During Meet and Greet and Contracting Sessions we will work together to establish which of the below packages is most suited to you. Adaptation to packages can be discussed during contracting and throughout the duration of the coaching package.
4 x 1 hour sessions
8 week (2 month) duration with a session every other week. Variable frequency available.
8 x 1 hour sessions
16 week (4 month) duration with a session every other week. Variable frequency available.
10 x 1 hour sessions
20 week (5 month) duration with a session every other week. Variable frequency available.
Number of sessions, frequency and duration to be decided by the client. Fee to be discussed upfront.

All prices are displayed in GBP and will be confirmed in the written contract. Specific requirements and or rates may be discussed on a case by case basis.
